About Us

Kinetico Quality Water Systems of Treasure Valley (KQWS/TV) is an authorized dealership for Kinetico, Inc. of Newbury, Ohio and has been since 1987. To our knowledge that makes us the oldest water treatment dealer in the area under the same continuous ownership/management. We serve the greater Treasure Valley area encompassing Ada, Canyon, Owyhee, Payette, Boise, and Valley counties in Idaho and eastern Malheur county in Oregon.

We'd like to take a moment and introduce you to our staff:

James Holt - Water Tech - CWS-I - joined Kinetico QWS/TV in 1994 and has been in water treatment since 1981.

Steve Williams - Owner / Water Tech - CWS-I - joined Kinetico QWS/TV in 1997 and has a total of 20yrs. in water treatment.

Rick Martinez - Owner / Water Tech / Commercial Residential - State certified water system operator, Army certified water treatment instructor - joined Kinetico QWS/TV in 2002 and has been in water treatment since 1978.

Will McCaw - Service / Installer - Journeyman Plumber - With Kinetico QWS/TV since 1995. Will is our lead service man and has been in water treatment since 1990. We are pleased to have Will as he does excellent work for our customers.

Eamon Wilson - Installer - with Kinetico QWS/TV since 1997. You'll love talking to Eamon with his distinct Irish accent. He was a plumber in Ireland before coming to the USA.

Jill Gunshore - Owner - Joined Kinetico QWS/TV in 1997 after working in a competitive office for six years prior. 

Brad Rex - Service / Installer - has been with Kinetico QWS/TV since the fall of 2002 when he moved here from Utah where he had worked with another Kinetico dealer in that area.

Erin Murray - Receptionist - Schedules Installations and Service.

Tom Shoemaker - Sales Manager.  Joined Kinetico March 2008.
