An Update To Our Customers Regarding COVID-19 Readiness

The COVID-19 Pandemic is affecting nearly every part of our lives as well as negatively impacting many businesses. The Department of Homeland SecurityWater Quality Association, as well as the Environmental Protection Agency, consider water treatment an essential business during the COVID-19 crisis. Having access to clean, high-quality water for drinking, washing hands, bathing and cleaning is critical for keeping people healthy and fighting the spread of COVID-19; therefore, Kinetico remains operational and continues

We will be remaining open

We are still installing water treatment equipment and conducting service calls with extra precautions taken towards social distancing, health and safety check-ins with customers before appointments, and thorough sanitization efforts – of ourselves and all equipment.

You may request our service techs to wear a mask and gloves .

If you have a scheduled appointment and someone in your household begins displaying signs or symptoms of illness, you can cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice and we will waive our cancellation fee.

As the situation continues to change, we will continue to keep our community members informed of how and what we’re doing to meet the water and safety needs of our Treasure Valley home and community.

Stay safe and healthy

From all of us at Kinetico Quality Water Systems of SW Idaho
