Notice to all our valued customers:
The Department of Homeland Security has issued its Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce and has deemed “essential” all the roles water treatment workers play in delivering clean, safe water.
We will be remaining open, even during the Stay-At-Home order.
We are still installing water treatment equipment and conducting service calls with extra precautions taken towards social distancing, health and safety check-ins with customers before appointments, and thorough sanitization efforts – of ourselves and all equipment.
Our office has a “drive through” set up in which customers can call ahead, order what filters/supplies/salt they need, pay for it over the phone and pick it up from the table placed outside our office doors.
If you have a scheduled appointment and someone in your household begins displaying signs or symptoms of illness, you can cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice and we will waive our cancellation fee.
As the situation continues to change, we will continue to keep our community members informed of how and what we’re doing to meet the water and safety needs of our Treasure Valley home and community.
May we all find a deeper well of inner resilience and a greater sense of community within us during this time of uncertainty. We’re all in this together and none of us are truly alone – and that’s something to be grateful for.
